1. Nature of Services

All services are structured, scoped, and defined prior to engagement.

We do not provide ongoing, open-ended consulting unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. No Professional Licensure Representation

Axis Systems Group provides strategic and operational consulting only.

Nothing provided through this website or through services constitutes:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Tax advice

  • Medical or psychological advice

You are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals where required.

3. No Guarantees or Outcomes

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined per engagement or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • payment is due upon receipt

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Axis Systems Group shall not be liable for:

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Systems Group from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

10. Confidentiality
