PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: March 17th, 2026

This Payment & Refund Policy governs all payments made to Axis Systems Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing services or products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment & Refund Policy- Consulting

All services provided by Axis Systems Group are structured, scoped, and time-bound.

Due to the nature of consulting and systems design work:

  • All payments are non-refundable once services have begun

  • Payments made for completed or partially completed work are not eligible for refund

  • If a project is canceled prior to work beginning, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Axis Systems Group

In the event of a cancellation after work has begun:

  • fees will be prorated based on work completed

  • any remaining balance may still be due depending on scope and progress

All payment terms, including scope and deliverables, are defined prior to engagement.

1. Payment Terms

All services and products must be paid in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase or invoicing.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due upon receipt

  • Work may not begin until payment is received

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services

Axis Systems Group reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for non-payment.

2. Services (Consulting & Systems Work)

Axis Systems Group provides structured, scoped, and time-bound consulting and systems services.

Due to the nature of these services:

No Refunds After Work Begins

All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

This includes:

  • consulting sessions

  • systems architecture

  • strategic structuring

  • advisory engagements

  • implementation support

Pre-Engagement Cancellations

If a service is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Axis Systems Group.

Partial Work / Early Termination

If a project is terminated after work has begun:

  • fees will be prorated based on work completed

  • completed work remains billable and non-refundable

  • any outstanding balance may still be due

3. Digital Products (Current or Future)

Axis Systems Group may offer digital products, including but not limited to:

  • templates

  • systems frameworks

  • documents or toolkits

  • digital downloads

  • courses or educational materials

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable

  • No refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • the product was not delivered

  • there is a verified technical issue preventing access

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Subscription or Future Services (If Introduced)

If subscription-based services are offered in the future:

  • billing terms will be disclosed at signup

  • cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle

  • no partial refunds will be issued for unused time

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact Axis Systems Group first to resolve any issue.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • immediate termination of services

  • denial of future services

  • collection actions to recover fees

We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation to payment processors in the event of a dispute.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe

  • Mercury (banking)

Axis Systems Group does not store full payment details such as credit card numbers.

All payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

7. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Payment & Refund Policy.
